WELCOME
Sakya Kalden Ling is a Buddhist center in Frankfurt - Griesheim, which offers a wide range of activities in a welcoming atmosphere. Besides regular meditations and lectures, events with great spiritual masters of the Sakya tradition take place. The Sakya tradition is one of the four great schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Our program is open to all who wish to learn about Buddhism and incorporate it into their daily lives.
Program September 2024
We are very happy and feel very blessed that H.E. Ngor Luding Khen Rinpoche has agreed to come back to Frankfurt from 12.09.-22.09.2024 to the center of his mother H.E. Jetsün Chimey Luding Rinpoche and to his center to give a Chakrasamvara empowerment (2 days Wangchen), Vajrayogini Blessing and teachings on the 11 Yogas (7 days teachings).
The exact program will be announced in mid-August, when we will start the registration process.
For participants receiving Chakrasamvara and Vajrayogini of the Sakya tradition for the first time, participation is limited.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the DharmaChakra Program (DCP), an extended study program on the essentials of classical Buddhist philosophy, led by His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche. It is our honor to offer this entire course to you free of charge. The program is open to everyone, regardless of background or prior Buddhist knowledge.
The DCP is a five-year self-study online course commencing in September each year, available in English, Chinese, and Spanish. Our inaugural course will focus on Abhidharma, which comprises the Buddha’s most profound teachings centered on wisdom training.
